Senarion

Senarion is a small software company.

My role as the only designer at the company, was to manage everything within the design role. Concepts, icons, wireframes, low to high fidelity sketches, prototypes, brand guidelines, design system, components and interaction design. I also worked to build the brand strategic. From visual identity, to the tone of voice and to make a climate for employes to grow and feel that they participate and make the product together. I also made the interior design, signs and colors in line with our visual identity. I made our Microsoft office branded templates.

I worked as an UX-designer and part of my time there as a Brand Manager and also member of the board.

The product is an internal web based application for big organisations.

Problem
Ledningsgrupper och organisationer har en mängd olika kanaler och lagringskällor. Både digitalt och på papper i pärmar. Kommunikationen mellan ledning och anställda är ibland bristfällig och ärenden följs inte upp inom rimlig tid.
Det är svårt att förutse en framtidsutveckling och lära sig av sina misstag.

Total översikt och planering
Det är svårt att få en överblick av företagets totala flöde av ärenden och se var i flödet ärenden fastnar och lära sig av misstag och snabbt agera och ändra flöden.
Det finns många olika underliggande system som inte är sammankopplade till en helhet.

Uppdaterade lagar och riktlinjer
Lagar och regler som påverkar branschen är inte uppdaterade och tillgängliga för rätt person vid rätt tillfälle.
De följs inte upp och har ingen direktkoppling till verksamheten.
